Huntsman Cancer Foundation’s Pink Park City – A Ski Day to Conquer ALL Cancers

Huntsman Cancer Foundation’s Pink Park City returns for its third year bringing people together to ski and snowboard for a cancer-free future.

Huntsman Cancer Foundation’s (HCF) Pink Park City returns for its third year bringing people together to ski and snowboard for a cancer-free future. Pink Park City brings the inspiring cancer-fighting community out for a day to not only conquer the slopes but to conquer ALL types of cancer. The event is returning to Canyon’s Village at Park City Mountain on March 28, 2020. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), cancer is the second leading cause of death in the U.S.

Whether working individually or as a part of a team, participants will dedicate the day to raising funds that will support those who experience a cancer diagnosis and fuel the life-saving research taking place at Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI). This day-long event has something for everyone; skiing or snowboarding in Pink Park City’s Rally for Hope parade, vibrant costume contests, live music, giveaways, and more. Participants don’t have to be winter sports enthusiasts to get involved.

During its first two years, Pink Park City raised an impressive $245,000 for cancer research. HCF is excited to announce its fundraising goal of $300,000 for the 2020 event, nearly double the amount raised during the 2019 event. One hundred percent of funds raised will support vital research for all types of cancer at HCI.
