Wizard of Oz auditions at The Grand

The Grand Theatre will hold auditions for "The Wizard of Oz" on Saturday, June 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Grand Theatre Alumni Room, located at 1575 South State Street in Salt Lake City. All roles are open. Children age 8 and older are welcome to audition.

Actors should be prepared to sing 16 bars of a musical theatre piece and read from the script. Sides from the script will be posted on June 6. All actors must bring a current headshot, and resumes are highly recommended. All conflicts need to be made known at time of audition. Performance dates are Oct. 12-29 (no Monday, Tuesday or Sunday performances, and no performance on Oct. 26). Evening performances are at 7:30 p.m., Saturday matinees are at 2 p.m., Oct. 15, 22 and 29.
